Dead pixels are the #1 complaint of LCD buyers, and normally they have no recourse. The International Standards Organization has even issued a standard (ISO 13406-2) protecting monitor vendors from warranty claims for 16 or fewer dead pixels, stating that these are "acceptable."
Digital Tigers believes customers have a right to receive a defect-free professional display.
In partnership with Samsung, Digital Tigers has since 2004 offered the industry's first "Zero Dead Pixel Guarantee" for Samsung-logo professional-grade LCDs.
We inspect every panel before shipment and reject Samsung-branded LCD panels even with a single dead pixel.
What's more, within 30 days of purchase customers may exchange any Samsung LCD panel with dead pixels, even if the number of dead pixels meets ISO standards!

All Zenview displays are offered with a three-year international warranty covering parts, labor and backlight.

Free 10-foot / 3-meter digital DVI display cables!
One secret to high-quality display imaging is a pure digital signal delivered via a digital DVI cable connection. All Zenview LCDs support pure digital DVI connections.
However, industry-standard DVI cables are too short for use in most multi-screen arrays. For this reason, Digital Tigers offers long-length DVI cables, which enable convenient cable management while still maintaining a perfect signal. These premium 10-foot / 3-meter cables can cost as much as $40 (per screen) when purchased at retail.
Starting in 2009, long-length DVI cables are standard for most Zenview multi-screen monitors. (Exceptions: some Zenview 17X and 19X series models.) Digital Tigers is the first display company to make long-length DVI cables standard.

Standard LCD power cables are too short for multi-screen arrays, and also clutter your workspace.
For customers in the USA and Canada, all Zenview multi-screen monitors include our custom-manufactured multi-headed power cables. These cables require only a single power outlet for every two or three LCDs, and are long enough to reach your nearest power source conveniently, with enough slack for tidy cable routing.
Pioneered in 2008, our exclusive power cabling solution is unique on the market and is not available from any other source.
