Zero dead pixels
Dead pixels are the #1 complaint of LCD buyers, and normally they have no recourse. The International Standards Organization has even issued a standard (ISO 13406-2) protecting monitor vendors from warranty claims for 16 or fewer dead pixels, stating that these are "acceptable."

Digital Tigers believes customers have a right to receive a defect-free professional display. In partnership with Samsung, Digital Tigers offers the industry's only "Zero Dead Pixel Guarantee" for Samsung-logo professional-grade LCDs.
- Samsung-logo professional-grade LCD panels are Samsung-branded units with digital DVI inputs.
- Analog 17A-series LCDs are excluded, as are Samsung OEM LCD panels used in DX and DS-series arrays.
We inspect every panel before shipment and reject Samsung-branded DVI LCD panels even with a single dead pixel. What's more, within 30 days of purchase customers may exchange any Samsung DVI LCD panel with dead pixels, even if the number of dead pixels meets ISO standards!

We offer expert toll-free telephone and email support to all Zenview customers. We staff our support line from 9 am - 7 pm ET, Monday - Friday.
What's more, our service standards mandate that every call is answered by a real person (not an auto attendant), and no customer is placed on hold for more than two minutes.
Three-year international warranty
All Zenview displays are offered with a three-year international warranty covering parts, labor and backlight. Our Samsung-based displays include the option of local international Samsung service for the LCD panels.
U.S. customers are also offered a free Advanced Replacement Program for Samsung LCD panels, whereby we ship the replacement panel to you before you send the defective panel back to us. If the defective panel is completely non-functional, we guarantee that your replacement will arrive within three business days of your call.

We will match any competitor's U.S. advertised price on any equivalent multi-screen configuration, provided that it meets these criteria:
- Product offers identical configuration, LCD size, screen resolution and inputs
- Product offers equal or better viewing angle, contrast ratio and response time
- Product offers equal or better warranty (3 years parts/labor/backlight)
- Product is not "end of life" and being discounted on closeout
- Product is not part of a package bundle with other products
- Advertised price is independently verifiable and is open to all customers without special qualification
- Advertised price is currently in force, for products that are available for immediate shipment
